REFUND POLICY

Conditions for Exchange

  • Our products are handmade and customized, so we only offer exchanges for damaged or defective products and will only allow exchanges for products that are exactly the same as the ones ordered.

    Conditions Not Eligible for Exchange

    • After purchase, do not like the style purchased.
    • After purchase, not suitable for the chosen size, length or shape, and other reasons.
    • Damage or loss caused by logistics reasons is not within our exchange scope.

    Please note: Since our products are all handmade, there may be slight color differences or deviations from the pictures. If you are dissatisfied due to these slight differences, we do not provide refund or exchange services (as the actual effect is basically the same as our shooting display).

     

    How to Request an Exchange

    • Send photos of the defective or incorrect item to customerservice@joyeenails.com with the subject line "Exchange - (your order number)" (Please provide your order number for a faster response!)
    • We will respond as soon as possible. Please note that we only allow one exchange attempt.
    • We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return, and inform you whether the exchange is approved.
    • If approved, we will automatically send you the corrected item based on your original receipt. 

     

    Please note: To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused and all items included in the kit must be in the package. Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the package. No exchange requests will be accepted after 7 days.

    All sales are final. Once you place an order, we do not provide refunds.
